My Absence

I haven't been around much and won't be for awhile- I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and dealing with a few complications...Our second baby girl is due Nov 16! We are so excited and so I am resting, taking it easy and spending time with our first as much as I can.

This is also the reason why I am not able to do to much on TpT or answer as many questions- it's hard for me to get on the computer daily....please be patient with me -I'll be back soon!

All 2nd grade comprehension skills assessed in a multiple choice format. Can be used as an alternative to quizzing students on the weekly story- this is a way to assess their understanding of the comprehension skill!

Comprehension Strategies: I blew these up to poster size to include on my focus wall. 

Fluency Progress Monitoring Pack: taken from DIBELS materials download- 20 weeks of fluency passages for quick assessment of accuracy and fluency. 

Common Core Math Assessment Task/Pack: Includes  "I can statements"- task cards for each standard- a math journal w space to complete the tasks- Teacher assessment sheets. 

Atlas Activity Pack: 6 weeks. Helps students practice Atlas skills. More to come! 

Skill & Word Hunts: Theme 1 and Theme 6 are up- Theme 2 and 3 will be up early this week! 

Students use the weekly story to find vocal words and skills, phonics and spelling skills.

I posted a new Scoot! game to my TpT store-with state testing around the corner I am dreading "test prep"- I am desperately looking for ways to make reviewing standards and content a bit more 'fun'.....My kids love to play Scoot- and they don't even realize we are reviewing at the same time :)

Spring Break! {new unit on TpT & a Freebie!}

I am finally on Spring Break- can't wait to spend my week relaxing with my little girl! There is a ton of housework to be caught up on and of course I'd ultimately like to get up more units on TpT. 

I can't believe how addicted I am to creating more units and finding clip art and borders.

New Store: TpT

After months and months, literally I'm talking over a year, I have decided to open my own TpT store. I am so excited- A LOT of my products will be free because I use a lot of DJ Inkers but I have also started using Scrappin Doodles and will be selling a few units.

I'm still so new and trying to figure everything out but would love to have followers!
